Can I try StanOps for free?
Yes! Our Free plan gives you full access to templates and analytics. You can manage up to 5 templates and track all message performance with no credit card required.
How quickly does WhatsApp deliver messages?
Messages are typically delivered within seconds. Delivery speed depends on WhatsApp's servers and the recipient's internet connection. You can track delivery status in your analytics dashboard.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export your data at any time. Go to Settings > Data Export and download your message history, customer lists, and analytics reports in CSV format.
What happens if I go over my monthly message limit?
If you exceed your plan's message limit, we'll notify you immediately. You can upgrade your plan to continue sending messages, or wait until your billing cycle resets.
